The clock icon means the product is currently under review and/or still processing. The typical timeframe for products to fully migrate to Expo Connect is around 2-3 weeks. When products have the clock icon, our team is working on them and there is no further action needed from you!
The flag icon indicates that that specific product passed initial review, but was later flagged with an issue during digitization. When this occurs, we are not able to process this product any further and a new image/product must be submitted.
The orange triangle icon indicates the product has been flagged with one or more issues. When they receive this icon, they also appear in your "Products With Issues" tab. To resolve the issue, please click the "Resolve Issue" button, which will take you to a page that outlines the specific issue as well as guidance to go about fixing that issue.
