The green check mark icon indicates the product is fully Onboarded and live. The data associated with that product is now viewable/accessible to all retailers. No further action is necessary!
The flag icon indicates that that specific product passed initial review, but was later flagged with an issue during digitization. When this occurs, we are not able to process this product any further and a new image/product must be submitted.
The clock icon means the product is currently under review and/or still processing. The current timeframe for products to become fully Onboarded is around 8-12 weeks. When products have the clock icon, our team is working on them and there is no further action needed from you!
The orange triangle icon indicates the product has been flagged with one or more issues. When they receive this icon, they also appear in your "Products With Issues" tab. To resolve the issue, please click the "Resolve Issue" button, which will take you to a page that outlines the specific issue as well as guidance to go about fixing that issue.
A product gets Archived when a newer version of that product (based on UPC) goes Live. Our system matches based on UPC, and will automatically default to the most recently submitted version of that UPC, archiving the older version.
Product submissions that our platform does not support, such as electronics, merchandise, and tobacco, are marked as Unsupported and cannot move forward in the Onboarding process. Another product type that is currently Unsupported is any type of variety pack.
