These are the products that retailers are requesting you upload into our platform, in order to comply with retailers’ health & wellness initiatives.
Products With Issues
After you've submitted, we may find issues that require an action from you to help us resolve. Look here to find products with image issues (such as missing a marketing image, missing the UPC, or a blurry image). Click into any specific product within this tab to see what the issue is.
Products being Processed
Products with approved and resolved images will remain in “Products being Processed” until they have completed Label Insight data processing. This process typically takes 4-6 weeks. Products will progress to “Onboarded Products” once this data processing has been completed.
Once Label Insight has completed data processing on your products, they will appear here in Onboarded Products and are accessible for use on the Label Insight platform.
If a newer version of a product is submitted, then our team will match products based on UPC and the newest version will be the product that is onboarded. The older version will be moved along to the Archived Products tab.
