Once you submit your images, they will be reviewed by our Image Processing team. If any issues are found with your images (missing a marketing image or the packaging flat, no visible UPC, low resolution, etc.) you will be notified via e-mail and the images will be moved to the “Products with Issues” tab. To view what the particular issue is for an image and how to resolve the issue, you can click on that specific product within the “Products with Issues” tab.
To resolve an issue for a specific product, click on that product under the “Products with Issues” tab. Then, click on the orange button that says “Submit Image” to upload a new image that will resolve the issue. From there, our Image Processing team will review the newly submitted image.
