With the high influx of Expo products submitted within the last 10 days, we have a big backlog of products waiting to be digitized and indexed for the show. Because of this, many users (like you) will wonder why their products look good in our system but have not yet reached the Connect App.
As long as your images are in the "Products Ready for Processing" tab, please know that you have done everything correctly and that your products will be ready and live on the Connect App in time for the show!
Also, the products submitted specifically for Expo will never move to "onboarded products". However, you can check if your products are "live" by going to the Expo app and searching your products there which is linked below!
