Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer those submissions from one Expo to the next or the destination of those products. In order to get your products ready for this Expo the fastest and most efficient way, we recommend that you re-register with a different email address and re-upload your images.
If this is absolutely not possible, we can get the destination of your current email redirected to this Expo however that can take a few weeks and will still require you to resubmit your products.
We understand the inconvenience of having to re-register and submit and appreciate your patience while submitting.
Also, since the submissions for Expo are individual as mentioned above, the products submitted specifically for Expo will never move to "onboarded products". However, you can check if your products are "live" by going to the Expo app and searching your products there which is linked below!
