If there are any issues with your uploaded image(s), you will receive an email notifying that your image(s) did not meet our criteria. To resolve any issues, please follow these steps:
1. On the Label Insight platform, under the "Onboard" tab, select "Products With Issues" on the left side bar
2. Select the product you would like to resolve an issue
3. The page provides a description of the issue as well as the status (solved vs. unresolved) of the submission. Please upload a revised image accordingly by clicking the "Replace Image" button. Here is a detailed Image Submission Guide. Please remember UPC, Nutrition Facts Panel, and ingredients list must be visible and free of die lines. Additionally, each image should be high resolution (greater the 270 DPI/texts should be clear when zooming in).
